Easy, Tasty, Mac and Cheese

IMG_0815The girls love macaroni cheese especially post swimming. I prep this before their lesson so i can literally get them fed as soon as they get in.

It’s always a winner, comfort food and you can sneak some veggies in.


6 ounce macaroni shells

Grated cheese (to taste) I use 2 cups

1/4 cup plain yoghurt

2 tbsp unsalted butter

paprika (to taste)

garlic (to taste)

Steamed veg of choice 12 ounce

Parmesan to taste


Cook pasta to instructions

Mix cheese, paprika , garlic , yoghurt in a bowl

Mix together steamed veg, pasta and cheese sauce in an ovenproof dish

Top with parmesan

When required heat in oven for 15/20 minutes
